Because of the unpredictable nature of this business, people who thought they were returning to work and decided not to, people relocate, change in working schedules, jobs and so on, or people interview and decide they don't want to start their child and call at the last minute to cancel or don't show at all,  I do maintain a waiting list. 

At this time my waiting list is full.

My contracted rate is for 9 hours per day 5 days a week.  If more hours are needed daily they will be contracted in at a higher rate.

I do accept payments from the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).

WEEKLY RATES 

(my rates align with the states child care assist payments)

Full Time Infant & Toddler $180.00 per week M-F 9 hours per day.

(does not include formula but does include jar food etc)

Full Time Preschooler $170.00 per week M-F 9 hours per day.

Full Time School age $140.00 per week M-F 9 hours per day.

PART TIME 

(I am not offering part time care at this time)

Toddler-Preschool  $31.00  per day up to 4 hours.

                                 $34.00 per day 5- 9 hours.

School Age $26.00 per day up to 4 hours.

                   $34.00 per day 5- 9 hours

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Once you have made the decision to enroll your child(ren) in my child care home you will be asked for 1 (one) week non-refundable payment to secure your child(rens) spot. This payment will be applied to the contracted date of enrollment for the first week of care. 

This is to protect myself from no shows, last minute cancellations, a delay in enrollment date and turning other prospects away.

You will be given an enrollment package which must be completed and turned in no later than the first day of care. A copy of your child's Kentucky Immunizations must be turned in no later than 30 days of your child's enrollment date, if on the 30th day I have not received a copy you will be asked to not bring your child until I have received it and you will be expected to pay as stated in our contract to keep (hold) your child's spot.
